Dave Adams Classic has 2 convenient locations just off Interstate 15 in Orem, Utah, and has successfully been in the automotive business since 1967. As a direct result of our total commitment to customer satisfaction, we have been nationally honored for programs such as the benevolence program where we donate a vehicle to a family during the holidays. This event has been covered nationally in newspapers and on local television.
We are committed to quality repair and customer service. Our team focuses on restoring our clients’ vehicles back to pre-accident condition or better. At a minimum, a collision represents an inconvenience to your client. Our processes are designed to take the customers’ interests to heart and ensure they are thrilled with the result.

Customer Service
Our drive-up estimating area keeps customers cool and dry while we peform a detailed analysis of vehicle damage.
We believe in keeping our repair facility clean – not just the offices but the entire facility. This policy of taking care of the work area carries over to your customers’ vehicles—we believe in taking care of the customer’s vehicle as if it were our own.
We have secured vehicle storage. Our spacious lounge area provides our customers a place to relaxe if needed-however, our goal is to keep this area empty!

Estimation Software
Our facility contains state-of-the-art equipment. The computerized estimating systems in use are Mitchell and CCC, to expedite the repair process with insurance companies.

Dave Adams Classic is on the leading edge of collision repair technology. Our Uni-body and Structural Frame repairs are performed by OEM factory trained technicians on Car-o-Liner Uni-body frame equipment, the undisputed leader in the collision industry. Proper and precise structural collision repairs are documented by the Car-o-Liner computerized Measuring System. This eliminates guess work and guarantees that each vehicle is repaired to its original OEM specifications by providing actual post-repair dimensions for the customer to review.

Invisable Repairs
Final refinishing is completed in one of two downdraft dust-free spray
cabins with baking capability to ensure a hard, durable finish. The paint
system utilized consists of corrosion resistant primers, sealers, color coats and urethane clear coats to give a smooth, glossy, rust and chip resistant surface. To ensure the perfect finish on your customer’s vehicle, Dave Adams Classic paint of choice is Sikkens brand paint products, the world’s largest manufacturer of coatings.
Over 50,000 active mixing formulas are available to be mixed onsite, ensuring that repairs are not merely close to the factory color, but will provide invisible repairs. Each painter is thoroughly trained and certified, allowing us to offer the Sikkens Lifetime Refinish Warranty. Akzo Nobel “Sikkens” motto is, “A Perfect Match Every Time”.

Lifetime Warranty
We are proud to offer the following warranty on all of our work.
WRITEN WARRANTY
THIS CERTIFICATE assures the repairs to which you and “Dave Adams Classic Auto Repair” have agreed on Repair Order No.__________ have been completed. We guarantee the work performed at “Dave Adams Classic Auto Repair” so long as said vehicle shall remain under the present ownership. Items on the repair order, such as Sublet Work or Sublet Labor, are subject to the guarantee of those suppliers. This warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse. Specifically excluded
from this written warranty are rust coming through the metal, scratches and gravel marks acquired from driving conditions. This is a fragmented, three part Written Warranty, and specific additional stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter:
1. METALWORK: “Dave Adams Classic Auto Repair” provides a Lifetime Written Warranty against defective workmanship to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration. The Shop will, at its sole option, repair and re-paint any metalwork warranty hereby.
2. PAINTING, STRIPES AND DECALS: “Dave Adams Classic Auto Repair” provides a Five (5) Year Written Warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation; and, a Five (5) Year Written Warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. The Shop will, at its sole option, re-prime, re-paint, restripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby. Paint Warranty is valid only when paint is applied over original factory finishes that are free of defect.
3. PARTS: “Dave Adams Classic Auto Repair” guarantees that parts or materials used are of the first quality. Those parts or materials are subject to the guarantee of that supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier’s guarantee. We guarantee that used parts or other than original equipment manufactured parts were not used without authorization from you as noted on the Repair Order.
SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED are incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this WRITTEN WARRANTY, nor are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair included in this WRITTEN WARRANTY.
This WRITTEN WARRANTY shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any prior course of dealings.
