Each therapist customizes the session by adapting various therapeutic massages techniques into each massage session. There are many different approaches and techniques used to make your experience enjoyable. Ranging from: Swedish Massage consist of five main strokes which are: effleurage (soothing and flowing); tapotement (chopping, beating, and tapping); kneading or petrissage (muscles are lightly grabbed and lifted); friction (thumbs and fingertips work in deep circles); and vibration (the area is shaken rapidly for a few seconds); Deep Tissue; Neuromuscular Massage or Trigger Point; these movements are used to relieve muscle tension and loosen sore joints.
